1. Company background. Provide information about the company, such as company history, locations, mission and vision, leadership teams, etc.
2. General Environment Analysis. Use the PESTEL model to discuss the company’s general environment.
3. Industry Analysis. Use Porter’s Five Forces to discuss the company’s industry environment.
4. Internal analysis. Identify 1-2 core competencies of the company. Use the VRIN model to evaluate these core competencies and conclude whether they achieve sustainable competitive advantages and why.
5. Strategies. What is the generic business-level strategy used by the company? What is its corporate-level strategy? What is its international strategy? Explain why.
