I am thoroughly enjoying getting to know each and every one of you, I hear you, I SEE you and all that is beautiful, strong, committed and growing in each and every one of you. For this week I would like you to truly SEE yourselves, the beauty in you, the strength in you, the kindness in you, the depth of your desire to make a difference in the world you live in and acknowledge yourself. This can be a difficult task, we just aren’t wired to say good things to or about ourselves. Write a journal reflection on how this goes for you this week.
