Select a facility of your choice (hospital, nursing home, ambulatory care, etc.) and apply the studied aspects of healthcare organizational management items 1-6 to the selected facility. See the respective chapters of the textbook/eBook for reference. Include the following sections:

Brief description of the healthcare facility and its organizational structure.

Ethical Legal environment of the facility: local, state, federal regulations, accreditation, etc.

Economic issues facing your selected organization:  projected growth and challenges.

Healthcare technologies adopted for the Management (Human Resources, Financial) and Clinical (Electronic Health Record -EHR, Health Information Exchange – HIE) functions.

Problem solving and decision-making processes: unilateral vs. group decision making.

Financial management of the organization: financial management functions, revenue management system.
