The Flexible Workplace 

Think of the flexible workplace we see today: we have in person work, hybrid work (a blend of in person and online), and online. Now, ponder the effects of this structure.

After you have “thought” about the causation and effects, post a response.

1. Begin your post by making the Workplace the cause–choose to look at in person, hybrid, or online and state your choice.
2. List all the effects you can.
3. Write a thesis statement showing the workplace as a cause with varying effects.
4. Write two to three topic sentences for the topic.
5. Since the workplace is the cause in the thesis, the topic sentences need to be effects.
