As a healthcare professional or learned person you should be aware of the cutting edge research in a field that might help a
patient or loved one.  Use an online search like Pubmed.gov or Google Scholar to search and report on a primary source
article about a topic in nutritional physiology.  A primary source article is a published research article NOT a review.  See the
example posted online.  The paper MUST have a methods, results, section etc. In a concise and short (3 paragraph essay)
please explain:  
A. the relevance to a Biol 323 topic;
B. previous work which prompted the study;
C. and what should be done next to extend the research, if worthwhile.
